The Location of Eeuelis Sacree (Kalibaush)

by BloodOfPhantoms

Chapter One

It was over the wide expanses of red that rested against, and / or made the land of this surrounding earth, to which a lone draco of similar color went. His scales were a fierce crimson, and his eyes both yellow, keeping beyond the great plethora of thundering, harsh mountains for something more. These multitudinous peaks went on for many time past, but for what the draco searched for, it was not that simple. The trek would be tiring on any mere spirit, the distance far, and filled with a barren nothingness of the hellish, infertile soil. He needed not nourishment, as he relied not on such things, like many others in this place of complex, tunneling origin; but the exhaustion weighed a heavy toll, and played on his mind occasionally... yet soon, he was there. Forbidden place, set off from the rest of the world, and the culture of his kind certainly never favored such a place. It was buried away like some kind of sick toy among the rest, warned not to approach it like a plague spreader, and kept in the silence of the desert-like terrain... except without sand, and instead, much cracked, bare surface. Remembering this, he continued on, and needless to say, arrived soon after. It was not in a cavern or any other form of underground, yet it was dark, mimicking the skies in the back which followed a unsightly, blood red through most times. The draco came near, and kept going forward, the area having hardened versions of the red earth that came out from the ground like a skeleton, some of it being more seen that others as the dust settled upon the strange structure that could be stepped into, and still see parts of the outside through said structure's numerous gaps. There were fires of two main varieties all around, seemingly eternal, and switching between one or the other. One was a bright, illuminating orange, that looked akin to a standard flame (but gave off no similiar feeling to the draco, who originated from a background of fire himself) and a grey flame, which did not give off light, but grew many, many shadows around him, he would soon find. They switched in an apparent, random and strange unison which covered near the entirety of around the ground's 'building', and eventually, something came. Just like the draco had expected, as he, himself, chose to come here. Except... he did so on a risk, and little knowledge of the blasphemous place. From here, he went under the grasping influence of paralysis in a fit of no movement, his eyes, and body which were all once moving before, becoming thoroughly stiff, and against any of his strength or willpower. He could see, and what he could see blurred. Very, very heavily, his surroundings became something of a creeping fear, slow, but sure, and from this, a serpent-like of great, huge size. From his line of frozen sight, the being, slithering and crawling with the sounds lingering against hearing continued in a way of blending, and revealing. The structure resembled the creature itself, and stayed in a remote, alike silence. All of the flames combusted with burn greater as they drew nearer, and he could see its form far more clearly with each passing of a ticking clock, likewise to a conjuring. With the rumored promise of power running through the draco's roaming, stuck mind, he still could not find a single calm within the endless needles of fear inside of him. The presence multiplied with the coming of it, and it watched him with a single, black, dark colored eye; filled with multiple of spectra. Through gaze, the shadowed, grey slither had a murky sheen against his many scales, and with a blink, its eye soon disappeared. Its mouth and other features remained, sending an even more natural response to the draco's feelings. Many, many, many rows of teeth, interchanging with each other each, and every time, one by one, and then, many by many. The variety was of a lot, different colors, some rotted, some strangely shiny, sharp, deep, and it closely resembled the various nature of all the bones protruding from its body, like a mangled, organized framework. Most were pale, but some bones had others; many a color, many a structure. They twisted, worked without flesh, came out of its flesh, and writhed like comprehensive magic. The sounds clashed against each other with each bony working that moved, and with that, the serpent that resembled spider with many limbs gleefully stood, and seized with ever-open mouth for a good moment. It had no tongue, and only harbored teeth for first physical inside. Then, as it halted, draco still unable to move, the being took its attention back to the one that came to it, and swiftly devoured his upper half, leaving behind the lower to fall thereafter, leaking out bloody fluid. With a restless chewing, and the movement of the many appendages carefully in manner of systematic order, lines of half the soul soon spun into something more, and without eye, the creature soon spat out and looked upon its new devout follower of thousands past, and future. The new, fixed creation seized like master on occasion, eyes like master, and the half of the soul taken, locked into an eternal, which they could try to struggle out, but would never break the cycle, as witnessed by time. With widened, black-red form, and spread wings, once sporadic movement had ceased, they flew off, and went to follow whatever instructions they were given. The location changed back, and thus, the structure remained, for the next, possibly seeking visitor of the realms.
